Automated pipeline

The platform can automatically perform variant detection in Mycobacterium tuberculosis whole genome sequencing data, including quality control, mapping, and variant annotation, with a friendly interface and simple operation.

Drug resistance and sensitivity prediction

The platform can predict resistance to 17 commonly used anti-tuberculosis drugs and sensitivity to the four firstline drugs for a sample, providing a reference for clinical medication.

Genetic distance analysis

The platform can analyze genetic distances between strains. The results can be used to identify recent transmission or outbreaks of tuberculosis, which will provide a theoretical guidance for epidemiological investigations and tuberculosis prevention and control.

Multiple functions

In addition to the multiple analysis functions, such as drug resistance prediction, species/subtype identification, phylogenetic tree construction, and pairwise SNP distance analysis, the platform also has data storage and sample management functions.

Standardized information management

The platform implements automation of analysis process and standardization of analysis results and data. The users can conveniently and quickly perform data management operations based on the analyses and samples.

Safe and reliable

The platform is a secure data management system that each user has his own independent account, and his/her permissions are finely controlled.
