##About SAM-TB SAM-TB is a free, function-rich and easy-to-use online platform for Mycobacterium tuberculosis WGS data analysis. The platform integrates the functions of variants detection, molecular drug susceptibility testing, core genome multilocus sequence typing (cgMLST) analysis, phylogenetic reconstruction (based on SNP or cgMLST), pairwise SNP distance analysis, NTM species identification and mixed MTB infections identification. The platform can perform molecular drug susceptibility testing for 17 anti-tuberculosis drugs, providing a reference for clinical medication. SAM-TB can analyze the genetic relationship between multiple strains by constructing the phylogenetic tree and calculating pairwise SNP distance, providing the basis for recent transmission inference and offering a theoretical guidance for epidemiological investigation and tuberculosis prevention and control. It can also conduct NTM species identification, and detect samples that are mixed with known NTM and MTB or mixed with different strains of MTB.
